The hotel's location was convenient. I found numerous restaurants within a short walk, and popular historical sites were also nearby. The room was clean, and the daily breakfast included a generous variety of options.

There was slight street noise at night.

The staff was helpful and accomodating . The hotel's location is excellent. It offers closeness to food cafes shopping sights and attractions. Breakfast was tasty and had variety I especially liked the restaurant with its wonderful view.

The room had a slight smell when we first arrived it disappeared quickly with ventilation however

The personnel were great. the location was also great, with easy access to transport and markets. i especially liked the rooftop restaurant. It really complements the hotel. the hotel staff went the extra mile to ensure my stay was fantastic!!!

I found some maintenance work started next door and there was noise. This was managed poorly.

the hotel is situated in a very central area near key landmarks. the immediate street remains quiet and relatively free from the intense noise that characterizes much of the city. important locations are within easy reach from the hotel.

the breakfast offered many choices. the staff provided excellent service. they were very attentive to all needs, especially cebrail, who showed excellent hospitality and i was impressed by the high standards of service provided.
